Located just 1 mile from I 75 and only 20 min South of Airport. Lots of shopping and many restaurants less than 1-2 miles away. Wi-Fi and cable included Space is a fully furnished apartment above home of owner. Apartment was built above my home around 2018. As you enter the private entrance you will go up stairs to apartment and enter door to living area with couch chairs and large screen tv hardwoods through entire apartment. To the right is full kitchen with electric stove in island kitchen overlooking living area, microwave, side by side fridge, dishwasher pantry and cabinets and counter space galore! Bedroom there is a queen size bed with full dresser nightstand and a small sitting area. The closet space in bedroom also offers a stackable washer and dryer. I own a small business and at top of steps when entering the apartment to the left there is a sewing room I have to use at times. I would of course work around your stay and schedule but we would need to make arrangements.
