This house offers the best of downtown Bentonville with the comfort of a spacious home. Sparkling hot tub open year round, summer swimming stock tank, large covered patio, fenced yard, local Airship coffee and nespresso pods, pool table, foosball table, Nectar mattresses, and impeccably clean. Gas indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit. Bikers haven with large scale trail maps and bike racks. 1/2 mile to Spud Doctors, Crepes Paulette, Heroes coffee, Pedaler's Pub, The Hub, and Gearhead Bike Shop.

Great stay in Bentonville with my family. Wish we could have stayed another night.
Incredible location to downtown & biking trails. House was great! The hot tub & fire pit were the icing on the cake. Really appreciated the extra linens & house was fully stocked with anything you could need. Great experience! Would definitely stay there again.
Great place to stay for a short time in Bentonville. Close enough to downtown. Very clean and well decorated. All the amenities we needed and more! Great coffee!

This home is absolutely lovely! It’s perfect for mountain biking and very kid friendly as well. We noticed lots of toys and books for the children. The home was clean and smelled amazing when we entered. The beds were comfortable and the linens soft. Mallory responded quickly to all of my questions. It’s walkable, only a mile or so from the city center, although there are no sidewalks for about a block and 1/2. After that the sidewalks are nice and wide. The crêpe place on the corner is a must try. I highly recommend this place!

The house sits in a small horseshoe street with no thru-traffic. Only neighbors drive down the street which keeps things rather quiet. We are 3/4 mile from the downtown square, 1 mile from Crystal Bridges, Slaughter Pen trailhead, the Momentary, 8th St Market, and more. If you haven't picked up on it already, you can walk or bike to so many cool places from here!
You can walk or bike to local coffee, restaurants and shops. There are not sidewalks so you will have to go on grass to avoid cars on the road.
