Very spacious and clean. We were a family of 7 and it was just perfect for us. Worth every penny as it was a very comfortable experience.

The place looks exactly like the pictures so that’s good and it was 10 mins walking from the market & 5 mins drive to Candolim beach, but we faced issues with one room’s AC which made it tough for us. They tried to manage the issue the next day but it was not fixable & offered us one room in another apartment in the society. It was generous of them but we didn’t want to split our group. Even the pool was under maintenance and we couldn’t use it. I recommend checking the status with the owner beforehand. Overall the service & response of the owner & attendant were good & they even accommodated to store our bags post check out. Though, the service was slow & our experience was less enjoyable because of the incident with AC & the pool. The location is good, just check all the boxes with the owner before booking.

We were extremely happy on the property. But the pool in the property was horrible. Tile in the pool was brocken tottally and injured 3 of us badly.

The room matched the description and photos accurately, offering a clean and comfortable space. However, there was a minor issue with the swimming pool: the floor had some damage. While it didn't ruin the experience, it was a small letdown. Nonetheless, the host was responsive and the rest of the amenities were in good condition. Overall, despite the glitch, I'd still recommend this property for a cozy stay.
