It’s great!
The suite was clean, comfortable, and well-situated for our needs. Communication with the hosts was excellent prior to arrival. I communicated that our party would be arriving between 8:30 and 9:00 PM. We were unable to get into our suite using the code provided, and unable to reach anyone using the emergency phone number. As a result, we were forced to stay at a hotel the first night. We went back to the house the following morning. The housekeeper was amazing! She was able to get us into our suite within 30 minutes. I requested a refund for the first night and was met with resistance until I reached out to Airbnb. Only then was a resolution offered. For this reason, I would rate the suite 4 1/2 stars, the housekeeper 5 stars, and the hosts 1 star. It took way too many inquiries on my part to resolve a problem for which the hosts should have taken immediate responsibility.
