Located in a quiet residential neighborhood on "The Hill," this home features three bedrooms/one bathroom and accommodates seven guests. Our place has beautiful natural light brightening the space, is family-friendly, and pets are welcome with a fee. We are less than two miles from Augusta Medical District and Augusta University, 2.5 miles from Downtown Augusta, 3 miles from Augusta National, and less than 10 miles from Fort Gordon. The layout and amenities in our home are family-friendly. The kitchen includes all new appliances and is equipped with kitchen essentials. Two of the three bedrooms have queen beds, and the third room has a full bed. The living room has a sofa bed for those needing extra space. Additionally, our home features a screened-in side porch and an outdoor space in the back.

The Funky Flat on the Hill was as described and close to Augusta National where we spent most of our time. Good place to crash after your visit to the Masters.
House needs some work, screen porch had many holes where critters can get in or our. Beds were very uncomfortable. Convenient area though and with a deep clean the house could be nice.
