A superb Villa with attractive private pool deck area from which to relax and enjoy the outdoors, situated within Tal Virtu, Rabat limits of Mdina an up-market residential area just 1.6km from Mdina the Silent City and the old capital of Malta. Ground floor - Semi detached Villa with access via gates to drive in suitable for 3 cars, entrance door opens up to corridor with staircase to all floors. Internal ground floor space offers sitting room (Air Conditioned), kitchen dining area (Air Conditioned), bathroom with shower cubicle, double bedroom (Air Conditioned). Pool Deck area - Access from the kitchen, dining area offering shaded area with table and chairs, sun loungers, gas BBQ, toilet and shower, pool size and depth 20ft (6.1mtrs) x 14ft (4.3mtrs), depth 0.5mtrs to 1.5mtrs. Access to garage space with washing machine, no use of garage for a car use the drive in to park your vehicle if you hired a vehicle. 1st Floor - Double bedroom (Air Conditioned) with en-suite facility, twin bedroom (Air Conditioned) 2 single beds, bathroom with bath tub and shower over bath, bunk bed bedroom 2 single beds (Air Conditioned), double bedroom (Air Conditioned) 2nd Floor - Washroom with washing machine, access to roof terrace with shaded area table and chairs.

Une maison très bien située pour découvrir Malte. Près du centre d’Ir Rabat et de Mdina ces vielles villes sont pleines de charme. Séjour en décembre, donc commentaire en fonction: Maison extrêmement bien équipée: attention toutefois pas de sèche linge électrique contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, ce qui peut être gênant en hiver mais tout le reste y est. Comme dit dans d’autres commentaires, vous avez 50 kW/j de clim, ce qui suffit largement à chauffer la cuisine quand vous êtes là. Pour les chambres, de grosses couettes assurent de bonnes nuitées. Paul gère tous vous souhaits d’intendance (transferts/ravitaillement /...) moyennant une commission raisonnable. Enfin nous avons eu le plaisir de rencontrer les propriétaires qui sont à l’écoute. Pour l’été la piscine et la terrasse doivent être un grand plus, mais pas pu les tester ;) Un Airbnb qui vaut largement son prix, bravo !
Great villa with lots of space. Very clean and well equipped. Lovely pool area but not really useable at time of year visited due to weather & mosquitoes. Great location close to many restaurants in Rabat and Mdina & good access to the rest of the island.
Nous étions 7 : 2 couples avec 3 enfants. Nous avons passé un super séjour et la maison est très grande et confortable. La piscine et la climatisation sont de vrai plus en été. Propreté au top, bien équipé et il ne manquait qu’une cafetière pour que ce soit parfait. Les adaptateurs pour les prises de courant étaient présents en nombre suffisant. Très bien situé pour visiter Malte avec une voiture de location. Très grande réactivité de nos hôtes pour quoi que ce soit. Nous recommandons cette location
Clean and spacious house.
I must say, from the original booking to arriving at the property, the process was clear and very well managed by Paul and his team. Josette met us at the property and she was very thoughtful for our needs and thoroughly explained everything we needed to know. She was very friendly and welcoming especially to our 3 grandchildren. The property itself is superb and in an excellent position for travelling around Malta and with plenty to see in Mdina and Rabat too. I would highly recommend Villa Sunview for a stay along with Paul and Josette for their great service. I would certainly stay here again. Thank you both, best regards, Mike
