Our 2-bedroom apartment is near BGC, Ortigas CBD and is easily accessible from the airport and other main areas in Metro Manila. Estancia Mall, is walking distance, with a wide range of restos, shops and entertainment options. Our condo building has beautiful pools, and an amazing roof deck with the most beautiful sunset and city views you can enjoy everyday. The flat is cozy and spacious enough for 5. We are centrally located making it easier for you to navigate Metro Manila during your trip. BGC 5km 20mins Makati 7km 35mins (Greenbelt, Glorietta, Ayala) Ortigas Center 2.2km 12mins Quezon City 12km 50mins Airport 16km 40mins Nearby Malls Estancia Mall 5minute walk Ayala 30th 2km 15mins SM Megamall 2.2km 20mins The Podium Mall 2km 20mins Shang-rila Mall 3km 20mins *Drive time above are non-rush hour/no traffic estimates as traffic in Manila can be unpredictable. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a masters bedroom with a Queen sized bed, another room with a bunk bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. We also have a balcony with a view of the pool. We have a dining table and fully functioning kitchen. Our bathroom is spacious, clean and well-maintained. We have fast, reliable wifi. No cable or netflix, please use your own account to log in. Up to 5 people can use the pool on Monday Tuesday Wednesdays only. You can enjoy our rooftop viewing deck perfect for gorgeous sunset views and night city lights anytime. Parking is on a first come first serve paid basis. Please inform us ahead of time if you will need one.

Thank you, Joana and Ken for accommodating my family of 5! The place was great for us as it is child friendly (since we have a very active 2 year old who liked to walk around. Unlike other places for rent, we appreciate the amenities that are free to use (pool, roof deck, etc). We enjoyed as much as our kids did. We will book again next time!
Great stay, very accessible. Responsive and accommodating host
We had issues on the main Bed, broken frames,. Missing kitchen utensil, and broken Oven Knobs. The unit is not made for family. My Kids were not allowed even to play in the playground . Pool has schedules and residents are priority.
comfortable place, clean beds, great space. Anna was responsive. Things we didn't like: we paid 500 cleaning fee but we were required to throw garbage in the parking lot which is far from the unit. we would be charged with penalties if we would leave the trash in the unit. sponge was so dirty. oven was also dirty. there was no soap. tissue in the bathroom looks used by somebody who stayed there before us. lights kept shutting off due to defective electric main switch.

The neighbourhood is one of the safest and cleanest in Metro Manila, as it is in a CBD extension. The condo building itself is occupied by young professionals and young families.
It is best to walk to nearby establishments or take a grab car when getting around manila.
