Dandy Villas are pleased to present to you two accommodations in Agios Nikolaos Karpenisi, Evrytania, the "Snowflake" and the "Raindrop", which you can book both together for your convenience and you will find them as Dandy Villas Karpenisi Complex. Two beautiful, imposing, private houses, with their own yard and parking, on the highest part of the village, overlooking the great church of Agios Nikolaos - after which the village takes its name - the mountains, the other houses of the village, both are built gems with features of their own. In our premises, in this three-story brand new building, we accommodate up to 18 people (17 adults + 1 child). Let's start the Snowflake virtual tour: Entering the main entrance of the house you will face the sunlit living room surrounded by many windows and a balcony where you can enjoy the panoramic view of the village. In the same area there is a specially made wooden fireplace where in the winter months you can drink your hot chocolate or tea, enjoying the all-white snowy landscape. The blue “heart” of the house beats here: the fully equipped kitchen with its dining area. Next to the front door is the necessary bathroom with shower. Entering Raindrop from the main entrance you face the dining room. Suitable place for weekend mornings and also for dinner. At other times, more "competitive", it becomes a space for board games for the whole family or group. How nice is it to gather together next to the warmth of the fireplace! Priceless! Going up to the upper floor (attic) of Snowflake and Raindrop, respectively, through an internal wooden staircase, on the right side there is a sitting area (open space) with a sofa bed (1.40x1.90 cm) from where you can enjoy the magnificent view towards the village. On the left side going up the stairs in Snowflake you will be led to two bedrooms. In one bedroom there is a double bed (2.00x1.60 cm) with a window on the side - where depending on the time - you enjoy either the strong sun or the stars in the sky. In the second bedroom of the house there is a bunk bed (2.00x0.90 cm) where 2 people can sleep with a huge window facing the back of the house and a green landscape. On the same floor in Raindrop there are two more bedrooms. In one bedroom there is a double bed (2,60x1,20 cm) with a window on the side - where depending on the time - you enjoy either the strong sun or the stars in the sky. In the second bedroom there are two single oversized beds (2,00x1,60 cm και 2,00x0,90 cm) where one person can sleep in each one. Here, there is the huge window overlooking the back of the house and a green landscape. Going down from the living room downstairs in Snowflake there is an open plan area with a large king size bed, made of tree trunks, and a corner fireplace. In the same space there is an office for remote workers and for those who have chosen: "business and pleasure", a bathroom with a shower and an armchair that unfolds and can sleep 1 more person - presumably the child of the couple who will sleep in this master bedroom. This last space also has access to the yard of the house. Going down from the kitchen downstairs in the Raindrop there is a single room with a corner wardrobe near the king size bed (2,00x1,60 cm) made of tree trunks. In the same space there is the necessary bathroom with shower and in the bedroom there is a "smart" armchair - bed presumably for the child of the couple who will sleep in this master bedroom. Finally, in the yard of the houses there is garden furniture that will give our guests another option to live "the outside" as well as " the inside". There is free parking outside the accommodation. In all areas of the house we have Wi-Fi so you can surf the internet whenever you need it.
