Really enjoyed our short stay here and wished we had been there longer. Otterburn is stylish, well equipped and absolutely spotless. Looks to have been recently renovated and all furniture, kitchen appliances, bedrooms and bathrooms in lovely condition. Lounge is a relaxing space with large TV and lots of seats for lounging on with great views out to sea. Beds very comfortable. Owner thoughtfully provided toiletries and kitchen provisions Access to the garden with patio furniture was great as the weather was amazing. The owner was very happy to give recommendations for restaurants/cafes which we found helpful. When we are next on the Isle of Bute we definitely hope to return to Otterburn.

It was a gorgeous house, with a beautiful garden, amazing views too from the lounge! Cosy bedrooms with very comfy views. Lots of attention to detail and had everything you could want for a home from home. Also very responsive and answered any questions straight away, we even got a wee bonus of a late checkout as there was nobody booked for our day of departure. Very kind!

Lovely house. Great communication before and during our stay. House is immaculately clean and really well catered for. Kitchen had everything we could possibly think of and everything looked brand new. Great location close to ferry terminal and walking distance to the town centre.

We had a lovely four nights in Rothesay. The house is immaculate, and comfy with great views across Rothesay and the harbour. Thank you for the dog treats, making us all feel very welcome. The beach at Ettrick just 5 minutes away, is great for dog walks, also fantastic views and big skies over Arran. We look forward to visiting Rothesay again in the future.
