The apartment is affordable and comparatively lower price than other apartments in Jakarta. It's ok for short 2-3 nights stay but not for long term because the air-conditioner in living room is not working causing hot temperature inside the apartment, we don't dare to open window as pollution is bad. unit is dusty and inside cabinet has rubbish, main door need repair as it is heavy and hard to open. good point is there is Superindo supermarket in the apartment complex, 24 hours security and reception to put your pick up and delivery goods. we shortened our stay by one night.

Sangat senang untuk bisa menginap disini, Henry membantu saya dengan sangat ramah dan responsif. Peralatan cukup lengkap. Smart Tv, WiFi semua berfungsi dengan baik.

Henry's place is great, it's a whole large apartment with a strong ac in the main bedroom. The price is great for what you get, you definitely get more than what you pay, definitely the best cost/benefit we found in whole Jakarta. The location is a little far from the old center of Jakarta but close to the airport. I would stay here again if back in Jakarta, for sure.
