I liked the location as it was walkable to 2 MRT lines. The person at the front desk was very helpful. Overall the place was a bit rundown & my room wasn’t very clean. My bathroom needed to be cleaned & my sheets had stains. The blind on my window wouldn’t open so it defeated the purpose of paying for a place with a window. There’s also a $50 cash deposit that they request at check in, which is fine if you have cash.

The place was definitely what we paid for. There is not very much ventilation in the rooms, so the bathroom steam and humidity were felt throughout the visit. The shower curtains were moldy, and some of the sheets were already stained when we came in. The hotel was definitely not the cleanest I have ever seen, but compared to other hotels, it was definitely bearable within budget.

the accommodation is actually in hotel amrise kitchener. the location is brilliant 5 minute walk to Farrar Park MRT so easy to use as a base. I had room 512, it had a slight odour in the bathroom, there is black mould on the floor, in the shower curtain and all silicone joints and some parts of the tile grout. the bathroom has fresh towels every day that's about it tho. I've stayed in worse mining camps in Australia and Europe so didn't worry me too much. the bed is also hard as a rock if that's not your thing I found the spare doona and folded it under the sheet to make it softer. update the bathroom and provide a soft mattress and I'd give 5 star no worries. the front desk needs to attend to customers not just sit there and not saying a thing. for singapore prices I guess it's value for money.

The room is small but comfortable. We were only provided two bath towels and no hand towels. I would stay again.
