Evening campfires are the best right under the stars and steps away from the entrance into our home. Living Room: There are two seating arrangements, take time by the fireplace before or after dinner in our luxurious and large swivel chairs, or sit by the TV which you cannot find until you turn it on. When it is not on, it serves as a piece of art. Maybe you have heard of THE FRAME Samsung ART TV? We enjoy it because it adds a touch of class to our space. We are technically in a condo unit, but it is more like a home with 2200 sq. ft on the main level. Private Room right off the main entrance (no stairs). Queen Bed, closet, and dresser, across from your private full bath (not attached). Everything is provided from Beach towels, picnic baskets, beach blankets, bikes, tennis rackets, pickleball rackets, and golf clubs. There are lovely beaches nearby to drive to. We love Thorn Swift Reserve just 2 miles away from us off of the Tunnel of Trees Drive. Its frontage has 950 feet along Lake Michigan with 300 feet as a public beach. Explore a mix of upland dunes and a lowland cedar swamp, a small pond, and the Great Lakes shoreline. Parking is adjacent to the Elizabeth Kennedy Nature Center. A total of 1½ miles of trail, dune observation platform, pond observation platform, pavilion, amphitheater, and seasonal guided programs. Kitchen: Spacious with all the amenities, a pantry with a variety of teas, coffees, and a coffee/espresso/latte/cappuccino menu. We have excellent well water, tested as being one of the best that has an extremely deep reservoir and holds some of the purest water in the country. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen space, although, the chef puts on breakfast every morning, a happy hour wine/charcuterie from 4-5:30 pm, and a light evening meal (optional for guests).
