Al llegar al lugar, tuve que comunicarme vía telefónica con el anfitrión, momento en que me informaron que no se encontraba disponible la habitación que habíamos acordado. Sin embargo, el anfitrión solucionó rápidamente el inconveniente y pusieron a mi disposición una nueva habitación a unas pocas cuadras del lugar, la cual estuvo bien, limpia y sobre todo, en una excelente ubicación.

Initially I had booked another accommodations under AlohaHosting in Liverpool but I was informed there would be no hot water (during winter!) so they promptly arranged another room for me :-) Appreciate their speedy replies and kind assistance! The room was clean and looked exactly like what the pictures showed. Also, the location was near many restaurants and a Tesco within walking distance so it was convenient for me.
