This family friendly suburban home has a sparkling pool and shaded entertainment area. Situated in a cul-de-sac, with a neighbourhood playground across the road, the house is suitable for a business trip, family get-together or wedding accommodation. It can also be used as a base for exploring the natural beauty of the Perth Hills, and is within easy commuting distance of the City of Perth. This home from home has a spacious lounge with Smart TV and free wi- fi. There is a modern, well-equipped kitchen with kitchen dining island. There are 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 with king beds and 2 with queen beds. A securely fenced pool includes an outdoor dining area, and there is another garden area at the front of the property. A dedicated laundry room opens to a gated wash-line enclosure. The house is equipped with an evaporative cooler and 2 airconditioners. A ceiling fan supplements the evaporative cooling in the 4th bedroom. There is room for one vehicle in the carport, and a second on the driveway. Additional vehicles can be parked on the verge.

Perfect accomodation for our purpose - close to championship lake regatta centre.. a roomy place for our team accomodation- pool was excellent after a hot WA day racing . Michelle was very helpful and welcoming - great family accommodation too close to shops and easy to use and clean fully equipped kitchen
Absolutely loved our stay. the house was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Big enough for the whole family. The pool was very clean and was a big hit, and the BBQ was clean and easy to use, we made great use of it during our stay. Michelle was always available to answer any questions and made some great suggestions for things to do. She put a small amount of fresh milk in the fridge for a cuppa on our arrival, there is a compost for food waste and her recycling is a fantastic set up. The house is in a great location to the big shopping center's, just 5 minutes down the road, there's a great deli around the corner and close to public transport. we would definitely stay again. % stars Michelle
We had a fantastic stay. The house is simple but had everything we needed. Michelle was an absolute delight to deal with and couldn't have been more helpful. The pool is on the cool side but since we're from Albany that didn't bother us in the slightest and we were in it every day! I would highly recommend staying here.
