Conveniently located in JVC and close to markets. They had a nice play room and a new gym, and covered parking. They have a nice TV with Amazon prime and Netflix. Ali helped us checking in and was great help throughout our stay. The pool's heating system was not working so we could not use it -- but it had a nice view. Ezytrac disconnected our internet at 9am on the day of checkout which was inconvenient. They could not bring it back probably because it was a Sunday.

From the outset, the experience was marred by various issues, leaving me with a lasting impression of disappointment. The Airbnb made it challenging to explore the city without extensive travel. Communication with the host further exacerbated the overall dissatisfaction. Despite attempts to contact them for assistance and clarification on various concerns, the host was consistently unresponsive. The price paid for the accommodation seemed entirely disproportionate to the quality of the experience. One of the most disheartening aspects was the relentless noise from nearby construction works.

Our stay was made special by Ali who helped us through every single situation. Every time anything went wrong in the apartment he would make it a point to solve for it. This apartment was a great place for us since we traveled together as a family making the space very homely and comfortable
