Buona posizione dell’appartamento ma pessima professionalità degli host. Abbiamo alloggiato dall’11 al 14 aprile, dopo neanche 1 ora ci ha contattato un host chiedendo di far intervenire l’idraulico in serata per un problema alla doccia. In realtà il problema non era alla doccia ma al lavandino che non scaricava l’acqua. Ha atteso l’arrivo degli ospiti per far entrare l’idraulico? Connessione internet non utilizzabile, ed un membro del gruppo ha subito ingenti danni perché aveva una call programmata. Supporto inesistente. insomma host da evitare!

Great location inside the walls of Lucca. The apartment is in the ZTL, but parking outside the ZTL is close by and easy to walk from. The bedrooms were clean, kitchen came with all the necessary amenities. An added bonus is having both a washing and drying machine. Check-in instructions were easy. Would definitely stay here again!
