This place is in a nice locality. The Rouse hill town center is just 10 minutes walk away. Metro station is nearby. Pretty convenient in all terms.

Easy check-in / out instructions via video all that we needed to know was on there. Jake and co-owners responded to all my questions before booking so the process was seamless.

The accommodation was very clean and well maintained. It had everything that our family of 4 needed. The check-in instruction was very well presented. Eric, the host was quite responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in the accommodation. Thanks Eric.

We reserved accommodations at a property known as the Secret Garden with the intention of utilising its outdoor space, given our status as a young family. Upon arrival, however, the condition of the property differed significantly from what was depicted in the provided photos. The garden appeared neglected, with overgrown weeds, some of which had thorns, reaching waist height. Particularly concerning was the state of the grass area, rendering it completely unusable and unsafe for young children. When we brought this issue to the attention of Eric Wu, accompanied by photographic evidence, his response indicated a lack of acknowledgment, stating, "sorry, I don't agree." We find it perplexing that he would dispute the disparity between the advertised photos of the Secret Garden and its actual condition. Our disappointment extends not only to the misrepresentation of the property but also to Mr. Wu's response. This incident represents just one of several issues encountered during our stay.

We as a family of 4 adults stayed at Eric's apartment.The apartment was spacious and all amenities were available as described, in working condition. I have given a couple of minor feedback to Eric to improve further eg. hand towels in the bathrooms and to provide pepper and fine sugar. He is prompt in responding but there was a little delay from the property Manager on one instance. The couch was very comfortable to sleep better than the bed. This was our first time staying at Airbnb and we are very impressed. Only one thing we missed was a bucket and a cup in the toilet. Thank you Eric.
