My family and i were traveling to visit our 2 daughters at UB. We had the flat and cottage and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. It was centrally located 8 minutes from the airport and 10 to campus. The cozy cottage easily held all of us during the day whether we were on the porch (even though the weather didnt cooperate it was so nice to sit with coffee in the morning listening to the drizzel) or hanging out inside. The house has all you could want for all ages (the youngest was nine and loved the play room and cellar).The house has everything you could possibly need, Nia was welcoming and accommodating with all of our requests and even came late at night to change the batteries in the lock for the flat loft (super quick too). She had great recommendations for local restaurants and had a nice welcome basket of snacks and wine upon arrival. I have stayed a several airbnbs over the past few years at UB and I think we finally found the place we will always return to!
Our stay here was awesome! We had a large group and we had plenty of space to spread out or be all together! Nia’s instructions were great and easy to understand. We needed a little extra time at check out and she was extremely understanding and accommodating even at the last minute! We would absolutely recommend this stay and will definitely stay again when the opportunity arises.
This is a charming home and very welcoming. It felt like our own vacation home Nia was very helpful in choosing restaurants and making sure everything went well. The village is quite nice and the home location is perfect Beds and pillows were awesome In main house, only full bath is down stairs
Cozy Cottage is perfect for families to gather. We loved the areas for the kids to play and entertain themselves. We also loved the walks to town. Lots of restaurants and shops, parks and even a waterfall to enjoy. Just a short drive to Niagara Falls as well! Our family of 10 had a wonderful weekend!
Nia was a great host. She checked in to see if we needed anything. The kitchen was well stocked and had great dishes and glassware. The house is charming and beautifully decorated. It has everything you would need. You can easily walk to get coffee or to a restaurant. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The Historic Village of Williamsville, all 1-square mile of it, has something for everyone! Year round there are festivals, family movie nights, live music 3+ nights a week, walking tours, etc. Every kind of cusine for whatever mood you're in...wine bars...modern bars...classic and hipster pubs. Great local shopping where you'll find unique items that no one else will have. :)
We're 50 yards from Main Street on a peaceful street with friendly neighbors. We have a Chiptole, Jersey Mikes & Wine Bar located right next door!
The house was built in 1836 and we've lived in it ever since. JUST KIDDING! ha It's only been 'ours' since March 2014. We love our cozy cottage, it's character, and this location. We hope to share that same love with you through this cozy, clean, comfortable home away from home. Because lots of love went into this home, we ask that our guests are respectful as this is a well cared for, older home in a residential neighborhood and not a party house. (We love our neighbors!) Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight and no more than 15 people can be at the property during the day if you're having visitors. Thank you!
