I love how the place is situated in Urbiztondo; comfortably walkable to and from places and destinations in the surftown. The bedroom is positively straightforward and efficient for a good rest and sleep, and the spacious toilet and bathroom is just as efficient. Overall the place served its purpose best; to get your self well-rested and freshened-up. The host is helpful with everything and pleasant to speak with. And the dogs in the compound are all too cute! They may bark at you, but rest assured all are good pals who just want belly rubs. I will definitely stay there again for my next trip.

Simple, sensible, and stress-free. The place provides everything you need for a relaxing time in La Union (especially for budget-friendly travel). A private room with cozy beds, clean and spacious bathroom for freshening up, AC & Wi-Fi, access to a kitchenette and mini-fridge, as well as a convenience store right outside the property. Great location as well, walkable to Kabsat and many popular spots nearby. Host is friendly, helpful, and responsive. Would stay here again and again and again. 🙌

The host is very accommodating and very responsive to all my inquiries. Place is easy to find. Place is 3-5 mins walk to the beach and restaurants. Will definitely go back.

The place is walking distance sa mga restaurants and bars. A great place to stay if you want to get away from a noisy surroundings for a meantime. Cute dogs and masarap mag muni-muni sa labas ng room.

The room is fairly inexpensive and a short walk to surfing beach and bars. The room is clean, but very spartan and feels like it's only meant for sleeping since there is not really a garden or any relaxing place to hang out--the property has a huge lot under some beautiful mango trees, it seems to go to waste where a garden to sit and have coffee should be. There's a plastic chair outside of the room but no shade and there's a car parked right there, could be convenient if you drove. I didn't mind having to share the bathroom but there was no hot water. There's maybe 6-10 dogs on the property who are kind of cute during the day, but after dark when you return they all surround you when you enter the gate and bark together which even though they are friendly is intimidating. The host charged almost double for one night for having a second person in the room which was not stated in their listing, which feels unfair since there are no additional services rendered on their end.
