This sweet lil 2/1 is right in the heart of the city. Close to everything you could want to explore in Austin. Peacefully tucked away amongst giant oak trees, providing beautiful shade on the small 12-unit property 🌳 5 minutes from downtown, 6 minutes from Barton Springs. Austin-famous food within walking distance. *This space does come with a very sweet cat, Loretta 🐈⬛ she is great with children and very friendly/loving* You support a real human by booking this space, not a corporation 🙂 This space is quiet and minamalist—truly a sweet little refuge from the hustle of the city. Master bedroom has an organic non-toxic queen sized mattress. Second bedroom has a full-sized bed. The living room features a queen-sized pull-out couch bed to accommodate two additional guests. Bathroom includes a shower/tub and a blow dryer. Full range stove, washer and dryer, oven and fridge located in the kitchen.

We loved the quiet yet central location and enjoyed our stay, but a few small things could be improved to make it outstanding - places were not cleared for us to unpack, location of litter pan was awkward, and although kitchen was as described there is no coffee maker or microwave. However Madison was a helpful and responsive host, we loved having a cat with us, and the vibe is very Austin. If you are the type to go with the flow, you’ll have a great stay.
Madison was an awesome host! very responsive and hospitable. The apartment was very cozy and quaint. We felt right at home and will definitely be back next time we're in Austin. p.s. Loretta the cat was super friendly and added a special touch to the stay. 10/10

Barton Springs is a must-visit, even in the colder months in Austin. Just a short 6 minute car ride away. Zilker park is 7 minutes away.
Nightlife: Rainey street and 6th street are 10 minutes away.
For your grocery needs, Austin’s local co-op Wheatsville is 5 minutes away. Whole Foods is 8 minutes away. Sprouts is 5 minutes away. HEB is 5 minutes away.
AMAZING Thai food, Thai Fresh, is walkable (10 mins) or a 2 minute car ride. Bouldin Creek Cafe is a 15-minute walk or 3 minute drive for all my vegetarians out there.
This space is so centrally located. A perfect fit for all of your needs.
Parking is available on-premises in the apartment parking lot. The complex is small—only 12-units. It is a very peaceful community. There a visitor spots near the front of the entrance of the complex that you can park in for the duration of your stay.
The bus line is on the street directly outside of the apartment complex.
