I had a great stay, right alongside Washington Park in a great area of Albany. Quiet, private, and as-described, the bed was comfortable, all was clean and in order, instructions were clear and easily accessible, via hardcopy and email, codes were set perfectly. I would highly recommend staying here for a get-away or work trip. As the description notes, it's small and cozy (if you are someone who likes tons of space or a huge shower, this isn't for you), but it was a perfect size for a solo traveler. If pushed, the only minor thing I would say is that while Joshua's apartment was spotless, the building interior (the basement that you walk into), could use a little love, and there was a faint cigarette smell just when I first came in. None of it penetrated into the room, which smelled great, nor is the basement something I believe Joshua has any control over. It in no way hindered my enjoyment. Highly recommend--communication was super friendly and clear. Bravo!
