One of the best places I’ve stayed and every single recommendation was beyond perfect. Just had a fabulous time in this gorgeous flat. Make sure you book it asap!

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare nella splendida casa di Philippe a Parigi e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti della nostra esperienza. Philippe è stato eccezionale, sempre disponibile e pronto a rispondere a ogni nostra esigenza con grande gentilezza e professionalità. Il primo giorno, ci ha persino portato dei buonissimi croissant locali, un gesto che ci ha fatto sentire subito accolti e benvenuti. La casa è perfettamente situata, permettendo di raggiungere facilmente il centro di Parigi tramite la metro, rendendo il nostro soggiorno estremamente comodo e piacevole. Un altro aspetto che ci ha particolarmente colpiti è stata l'accoglienza riservata al nostro cane. Philippe è stato delizioso anche con il nostro amico a quattro zampe, facendoci sentire davvero i benvenuti. La casa è confortevole, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per una vacanza perfetta. Consigliamo vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare da Philippe.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le logement de Philippe. Il nous a accueilli personnellement, et nous a donné plein de recommandations d’activités à faire dans le quartier. Sa compagne s’est aussi montrée très accueillante et serviable. Le logement était spacieux, très propre, bien équipé et calme. Situé à proximité des commerces et grandes surfaces (à mi-chemin entre casino et leclerc) et de la station de métro (permettant d’accéder au centre de Paris en moins de 20 minutes). Très bon rapport qualité-prix, nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

We had very good experience at Philippe’s apartment. It is spacious and quiet. The bed is comfortable and the shower has warm and water. Philippe is very easy going and helped us with a lot of good local suggestions which I appreciate very much. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Paris.

Philippe was always there for us even in the middle of the night when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. For that we're really grateful. The apartment had the perfect vibe and was located very near to the metro line 7 and lots of places like restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets etc. The bed room on the courtyard side was quiet even during the day - as long as no one decides to use a leaf blower in the early morning :). To the road side it is of course a bit noisy but with closed windows it is acceptable. Of course we didn't expect zero noise. The water pressure is very good. For a stay in/near Paris I can strongly recommend Philippe's place.
