This victorian property is packed with charm and benefits from the beautiful Seagrove Bay on its doorstep. The master bedroom has its own en suite and the second bedroom doubles as a play room and can sleep up to 4 in a double and two singles plus a further 4 in a separate cabin on the terrace. Lovely sea facing spacious ground floor flat with views across the solant and private steps and access to two of the Island's award winning beaches. The property has a outdoor terrace looking out across the bay. A fenced garden area to the front, access to the flat from the car parking space is down a set of steps. Access is also been granted direct from the road through the upper flats garden allowing for pushchairs and those less able to manage steps.

We had a fantastic stay at Baymount, this being our 7th visit to Seagrove Bay. Flat was lovely, especially appreciated the welcome basket of local produce - a very thoughtful thing. We had some slight confusion over the additional rooms in the garden, but we sorted this out upon arrival. The flat itself has two internal bedrooms sleeping 6 people (1 double room and another with 1 double and 2 singles) The garden room which has seperate access and key lock has a double bed and bunkbeds. Beautiful area, we love being so close to Seagrove Bay, walking the dogs on the beach every day is wonderful. Would highly recomend this place.

The busiest time of year for Seaview is July & August. The Seaview Regatta usually takes place around the third week of August but check their website for exact dates
The Isle of Wight Festival weekend is very popular, it is advised to book as far in advance as possible
You can get a taste of the local area's delicacies in many of the cafes & restaurants with locally caught Bembridge crab & lobster available on most menu's. Locally produced ice cream at the Seaview Delli as well as Doggy Ice Cream for your four legged friend.
The Island has a wealth of wonderful things to explore, see and do. We can provide you with our own recommendations or you can refer to our guest guide in the property for personal recommendations from other guests.

Important: We are a lettings agency and will require valid card details to place a pre authorisation on in place of a security deposit. This will be placed two days prior to check in and released 7 days after departure. A charge may be taken against this should any damage occur during your stay.
Ferries that will bring you to the Island provided by Wightlink or Red Funnel. For guests coming across on foot there is also fast cats provided by both companies and the hover craft that brings you into Ryde which is a 15 minuted drive / Taxi to Seaview.
The Island has a good bus network provided by Vectis which will take you to all major locations across the Island.
There are several taxi firms, Ryde Taxi's are your best port of call for transport when coming off of the wightlink FastCat.
For anyone wishing to charter a speedboat there are also several companies that we can provide the details for, just ask.
