My family and I stayed for our daughter’s graduation from UGA. The accommodations were perfect for me, my wife, my daughter, and my parents. The unit was clean and private in a peaceful setting. We saw four deer in the evening. Plenty of parking was available.

Great place. So clean and well- appointed. Dean was very helpful and accommodating.

The host was very responsive. The interior of the unit was clean and appeared recently renovated. It is in a quadriplex so you hear a lot of noise from other tenants. Parking is limited and not marked at all. The sidewalk going into the building is all broken and very uneven. Entire building smelled very strongly of marijuana throughout our entire stay. Walls very thin so we heard upstairs tenants all throughout the night. Unit is in a neighborhood that is not family oriented. We would not stay here again given the location and the building itself.

Great place. Affordable and easily accessible to downtown Athens. Along with the cleanliness (which is always #1), Dean went above and beyond the call of duty to make us comfortable with his visually appealing space, nice mattresses, even coffee, bottled water, and snacks for the weary travelers. I highly recommend this Airbnb.
