This stay was great for my party of 4. Johns place is extremely modern and CLEAN. Has everything you need. Host was very helpful and responsive. Book this place if you want to be close to Roger’s place. It was a seven minute drive on a Saturday night!

Great place! John was a very responsive host when we had concerns. The accommodation looks much better inside than the outside as others mentioned it is in an older building. There is a strong smell in the building (but this does not reach inside the home) and walls can be a bit thin. You’ll just hear occasional footsteps next door or upstairs. John’s place had everything we needed, and the best part was how the bus and LRT is right outside the building. Despite this, there is no noise coming from public transit, so we were able to sleep peacefully AND get around comfortable. I had a nice stay and will be booking again.

Johns place exceeded my expectations! The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. It was very comfortable and super functional. The reserved parking spot was a huge bonus too! John was a great host, whenever I had any questions he responded quickly and politely. The location was pretty good too. It was near a lot of the fun activities in Edmonton without the noise of the busy downtown area. I would absolutely stay here again!

John was an excellent host! He checked in with us at the beginning of our stay to ensure everything was okay and in order. He was quick to respond and overall made us feel very at home with the amenities provided in his unit. We highly recommend his place if you need somewhere to stay close to the downtown area!
