Whether you’re in town for a business trip, a family vacation, or a weekend getaway with good friends, this is a perfect spot for your group. We offer a 1-way airport pick-up when you stay 3+ nights with us. ◇ This unique Airbnb is located conveniently inside a high-end beachside residential neighborhood with access to a private beach, beautiful landscape sceneries, and wonderful 5-star amenities. The property has about 1000 m2 of total area, consists of a private outdoor swimming pool, an open floor plan living and dining areas, stainless steel appliances, and backyard greeneries. ◇ Each bedroom comes with its own ensuite bath with well-appointed bath amenities; charmingly hardwood floor designs; premium bedsheets, towels, linens, and blankets. The property also has fully equipped central air conditioning system, portable fans, which is perfect for a hot summer day. The second level consists of balconies overseeing the neighboring residences, garden space area, and glimpse of the gorgeous walking paths leading to the ocean. ◇ Our home is compatible for a group of 8 adults & 4 children (under the age of 6). ◇ You will be staying in one of the most exclusive high-end residential neighborhood in all of town, called The Ocean Estates Beach Residences.
◇ Private security in this gated community 24h/24h for the health and safety of all the residents and guests.
◇ If you need to get around the city, I would definitely recommend, heading down to the lobby area, where a receptionist can help you hail a taxi, usually parked outside. The most common taxi companies here are MAI LINH, VINASUN, TIEN SA, DANANG TAXI, SM XANH TAXI. You can expect to pay approximately VND 15-20k/km around the city for taxi rides.
◇ Alternatively, you could also hail a GRAB (ride-sharing app) and call a car for your group as well. GRAB enables you to pay for rides by cash or credit card. Additionally, you can use GRAB to order food delivered directly to the villa on raining days, or if you're just too lazy to go out of the house!
◇ If your group needs to rent a larger vehicle (e.g., 16-seater), to do half-day or one-day, please let us know in advance, and we can get quotes from local transportation companies for you! They are usually inexpensive if you book them for a day, contrary to taxi or GRAB options!
