This three floor split-level townhouse has been renovated in unique Neverland story-themed luxury, offering 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, children's bunk beds, 2 large outdoor balconies and full home cooking facilities. It offers ample space for a relaxing beach holiday. The communal swimming pool is directly in front of the house. Enter through a rain-forest style garden and you get the feel of arriving at an oasis of tranquility. Here coffee table and chairs provide an ideal spot for a short coffee or tea break surrounded by greenery. The living room offers large and stylish lounges in an entertaining area with 65 inch Smart TV featuring Netflix and international channels through Youtube. Karaoke equipment is also provided. For entertainment, a table with a variety of board games and books is provided. The front balcony provides a 4-in-1 multi-function table offering snooker, air hockey, table tennis etc. Enjoy relaxing lounges with pleasant views of garden, swimming pool and Hua Hin’s famous Monkey Mountain. The back balcony provides a BBQ, outdoors dining table and lounges. The interiors are creatively themed in the children’s story of Peter Pan. Jade has renovated the townhouse very nicely it is all new and clean with good furniture plenty of towels and linen and well fitted out with everything needed. This place is suitable for a large family or group. You can walk to the local beach and to convenience stores and resturants but would need a grab or taxi to get into the main town or night markets. We had a hire car and it was convenient to park it directly outside the house. There are a number of good resturants within walking distance. This is a quieter part of Huahin but a good area to stay. Yes there were some monkeys but they didnt bother us actually my small son loved wathching the monkeys.
Nous avons passés un excellent séjour en famille. Nous étions 8 (dont 3 couples) et nous avions tous notre intimité. La maison est grande avec 1 terrasse à chaque étage. La literie est géniale. Table de jeux disponible. La piscine juste en face de la maison très accessible (8 am - 8pm) Les commodités à pied aux alentours sont parfaites (7/11, restaurants, stands de locaux, taxi pour excursions ou vous rendre en centre) La plage est accessible via "le chemin des singes". Seul bémol qui concerne seulement l'environnement : les singes 🐵. Ils sont assez intrusifs donc ne laissez rien sur les terrasses. Jade en a conscience et fera le nécessaire. Jade est une hôte disponible et pro active.

While most Hua Hin beaches are eroded, often without sand, here you have a wide sandy beach with restaurants among the coconut palms.
Located on the south side of Hua Hin by the famous temple mountain of Khao Takiab (monkey temple), this neighborhood is quiet, yet packed with varied restaurants, coffee shops, massage places, convenience stores, shops and other services - all in easy walking distance. Hua Hin's most famous seafood market is also just a short walk away. Rua Rim Tarn (The Boat Restaurant) on the canal - one of Hua Hin's most famous - is just 50 meters away, as is the ultra-modern Air Space restaurant, bar and coffee shop. However, the four beach restaurants right in the sand - just a 2-minute walk away - are unique in Hua Hin.
Parking is on the private street in front of the house. Parking 3-5 cars are fine.
Guests can use their car or rent van or car, or call a Grab taxi any time to get around.
