Enjoy shared amenities, including a sit-out, communal kitchen with basic cooking facilities, a refrigerator, washing machine, and RO water purifier. NOTE: This is a building with 60 single rooms, not a 1BHK or 2BHK flat. Check-in: 2 PM onwards Check-out: Till 11 AM Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. This is a non-ac, self-serviced property and not a full-service hotel. Our housekeeping staff is available to clean your room & washroom, every alternate day. The building has 60 rooms with a common kitchen and dining space on the ground floor and a common washing machine space on the top floor.

I have stayed here earlier too. Very nice place, professional hosting. The host has been very helpful. Felt like home away from home. It is an executive pg, good that it is not yet crowded with the young gen and hence maintained very well. During my current stay couple of family guests didnt leave the kitchen very clean (usual reckless guests) , which they should have done. But the staffs cleared the mess in time. Hope they can maintain the cleanliness and the current professional setup. Thanks Udayan & Kapil.
