Hello, visitors! As you've probably noticed, I'm new on RBNB, but I have experience hosting and understand the importance of making you feel welcome. I've been an avid traveler for years, and it's always a pleasure to host fellow travelers! With the arrival of winter, you can count, spacious and cozy environment ! with a nice view on the neighborhood. Thanks to the central heating system and that keep always the apartment warm at the right temperature ! It's simple yet cozy and impeccably clean! The rooms are all equipped with a brand new set of sheets and bed accessories. Additionally, the kitchen is perfect for preparing meals as it has everything you need.

Host is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam; bed is klein maar goed, douche is goed maar niet privé terwijl dit wel in de advertentie staat. Rustige locatie, vlakbij supermarkt en metrostation. De bank is oud, zit zeer oncomfortabel, keuken zeer gedateerd, toilet kon niet op slot, was hangt dagen in de woonkamer te drogen. Verder prima verblijf gehad.
Really nicely located apartment, near metro line to historical monuments and also near a shopping center, nice view and garden outside! would recommend a lot!

Getting around in this area is quite convenient.
You'll find a commercial center just a 4-minute walk away from the residence; it will be right in front of you when you step outside and have everything you will need from daily shopping needs, restaurant, hair dresser Pharmacy etc..
Additionally, at the Metro station, there are two excellent bakeries that offer original French baking, as well as a selection of great coffee and drinks.
From the Metro station, you can access Line 7, which can take you to several notable destinations, including:
The Louvre: Disembark at the "Palais Royal Musée du Louvre" station to visit the renowned Louvre Museum.
Châtelet: This station provides access to various parts of the city, making it a convenient starting point for exploring Paris.
( Those areas are the center of Paris and from there you pretty much have access to all the city trough transportation or walking)
