Our cozy cottage is nestled between the Bevo & Holly Hills neighborhoods. It faces a large yard filled with fruit trees and flowering bushes. The yard is also home to three ducks that live in their own private cottage on the property. We believe our cottage offers an affordable & cozy reprieve from city life while providing proximity to many notable attractions in St. Louis. The cottage is located behind the main house on three city lots. We reserve one parking space in our driveway for cottage guests. There is a (mostly) paved walkway out to the cottage from the driveway. Guests must be able to walk about 125 feet from their car to the front door of the cottage. The path out to the cottage is mostly paved, though one section is gravel. The interior of the cottage includes a full kitchen (full fridge & stove/oven, as well as complimentary breakfast items & a coffee bar), a small bathroom with full tub and shower (the sink is small & is in close quarters to the toilet), a living room and one bedroom with a queen size bed. We supply toiletries, ample linens & towels, and a white noise machine.
