Our stay was amazing! Fantastic amenities. It was spacious, clean, and the location couldn't be better. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Our experience is nothing short of a tinge of disappointment. We reached out a day prior asking for early check-in, which we were told shouldn't be an issue. However, we were not permitted to enter a minute sooner. The refrigerator emitted an unpleasant odor that could only be described as "fishy." Despite our best efforts to mask it with baking soda and air fresheners, the stench persisted, making every trip to the kitchen an olfactory assault. It's disheartening that such a basic amenity as a clean, odor-free fridge was overlooked. And then there's the matter of the broken hot tub. We discovered upon arrival that the hot tub was out of commission and wouldn't be fixed during our stay. Because this was a large factor in our booking, it would have been appreciated if this had been communicated to us beforehand. Instead, we were left to discover the broken hot tub on our own, dashing our hopes of relaxing evenings. We moved forward with cancelling the stay after the first night.

This review is two parts - Home/Experience Upon arrival the fridge wreaked of fish and the hot tub was BRIGHT GREEN. When mentioned to management the response we received was "yeah, that usually happens if we ever have back to back residents"?!? - After extensive and continuous requests - someone was able to come out and fix this; however it was unusable for most of our stay - when usable it did not heat above 99 - hardly comfortable in the snow. The cleaning "accommodations" are a single 1oz tube of dish soap and a small pack of wet wipes. We had to purchase everything down to soap, trash bags, and disinfectant We received a phone number that we were told was to be used for support. We sent at least at least 6 messages to this throughout our stay and the only response we received mentioned that number is likely not monitored. The home is in a great area for skiing. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are ok, but water for shower is excessively hot or cold with very little in between

Great place to stay while in mammoth! It was very clean and spacious for a larger group. We enjoyed our time there. The host was quick to respond to any questions or accommodations we had. Highly recommend!!

Great location central to a lot of points of interest. Private hot tub was a great amenity and the water was hot when we got there. Late check in (5pm) and early check out (10am) with no flexibility at all. Our keycode didnt work so we ended up waiting until 5:45 to get into the house which was not ideal with five children that were already hungry when we arrived. Also, when we were leaving, our keycode stopped working at 9am. Fortunately we were all loaded in the car but we wanted to make one last pit stop and were unable to because we got locked out prematurely. Place was clean and well stocked but pricey. Also, Natural Retreats prefers to communicate privately off the AirBnB site via your private email and their app. Overall, we had a great weekend in Mammoth and the house served it purpose. Oh, and there was a resident bear hanging out by the community trash unit which was both awesome and worth noting
