With the Bentonville Square only 1.5 miles away, this bike-friendly home is the perfect base for an amazing NWA getaway. Cottage-style home with private back deck. After crushing it at The Hub, entertain (annoy) your fellow guests with our dual mic karaoke machine. Secured bike parking in our on-site shed.

The Mint Cottage was great! Very close to mountain biking trails and downtown Bentonville. The house was very clean and Jim left great information about local attractions and dining options.
This little cottage was perfect for us. We loved how it felt both private and off the beaten path, yet convenient to everything. The bed was comfortable, the shower was a delight, and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Perfect for a week of mountain biking and relaxing in Bentonville.
Loved our stay and Mint Cottage. Hosts were fantastic and messaged to let us know it was ready a little early than planned with synced perfectly with our arrival time! Easy access to the bike trails and downtown Bentonville. Kids loved the bunk beds and the quiet residential street that they could ride their bike up and down the hill. Great place to relax after a day of mountain biking!
Nice, comfortable small home on quiet street. Got to the house a bit early, host remotely unlocked door and let us get in a bit earlier than planned. Home was clean, smelled good, beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped, as listed. Locked shed was helpful. Would stay again, if we had the opportunity!

As a retired USAF officer I've lived all across the US, in Europe, and Canada and appreciate meeting new folks. Erin is an engineer and proud LSU alum who was raised in the fun-loving and friendly culture of south Louisiana. We've found that staying in a shared apartment or house is far superior to an impersonal hotel and strive to take care of that place better than we do our own.
