Conveniently located in walking-distance from Midtown Mall and Chet Kuy Teav Restaurant. Take advantage of the fitness center or relax by the poolside for free, open 24/7. There is a 7-11 right outside of the condominium and many great coffee shops and restaurants less than 5 minutes on foot. The open-concept layout connects the bedroom, bathroom, and dining area, creating space perfect for relaxation after a long day of traveling.

Great place to stay. Linda was very accomodating and quick to respond. I would come back.
Great pool and gym. Quiet room. WiFi isnt very fast at 8 down and 4 up, it struggled when two or more devices were connected, I recommend having a SIM card. Owner is responsive, pleasant, and helpful! Overall it was a nice stay with a 7-11, coffee shops, restaurants, barbers and more just a couple minutes walk away. 10 minute walk or quick tuk tuk and you’re at a small mall with groceries and lots more restaurants and food carts. The shower is really nice, AC is cold, and it feels very safe with guards and multiple layers of security features. There is a small water slide at the pool which is fun, but it seems to only run in the evenings or possible weekends too (it looks like it’s turned off during any daytime school hours.)

There are two methods of parking. Guests can park right outside the lobby or choose basement parking. However, guest must obtained the keycard from the lobby before accessing basement parking.
