Honestly I’m not one to write reviews and I wish I had read the reviews on this place before booking. This was probably the worst stay I’ve ever had. The sink in the kitchen smelt terrible all the appliances were filthy, the bed sheets didn’t seem clean and had an odd odour so bad that we had to put blankets down to sleep in the bed. However communication was good and easy although when I requested a refund for the cleaning fee it was declined because I didn’t take photos even though all the reviews are complaining about the same issues I was. I can’t recommend this place. As someone who works in property management I wouldn’t rent this to anyone. I think this has a lot of potential although isn’t up-kept well enough to be successful. One other thing I’d like to mention is the way that the host is reacting to the reviews is absolutely unacceptable “this isn’t a 5 star hotel” but I paid about $200 for a one night stay for 2 ppl outside of the city I was visiting.
