A beautiful property located in Montura Ranches, Clewiston. Just 2 hours away from Miami. The house is extremely spacious, has free parking, 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen. It has a beautiful spacious backyard along with 3 swings, a barbecue grill, trampoline and pool table. 30 minutes from Lake Okeechobee and 2 hours away from Orlando. Please keep in mind we do not allow smoking/vaping indoors. We wholeheartedly want you to come and enjoy. - The home was recently built in 2023. Everything is brand new. - 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms (1 inside the master bedroom) - Smart tv’s installed in each bedroom/ living room - 1 queen size sofa bed - Spacious kitchen

What a beautiful and peaceful stay! We really enjoyed this home. Home was extremely clean and spacious. So tastefully decorated. The backyard is where we spent most of our time. The pool table and grill was a plus! I definitely recommend staying here if in the area and would definitely be back! Thank you for allowing us in your beautiful home!

The neighborhood is very relaxing, away from the city life. Peacefully located in Montura Ranches, Clewiston FL. More of a country environment. The Montura Ranch Clubhouse is located about one minute away from the house. Montura supermarket located about one minute away from the house. The neighborhood is very quiet, relaxing, and peaceful.
