We absolutely loved the stay and happy with how clean everything was .. a lovely out look and easy to find .. One bed sheet had a foot mark on sheet but otherwise no faults and all clean and lovley setting Thank you for our stay

We were given the wrong entry code for the flat and had to ring for a new code. The only heating was by storage heaters, which were not very warm and not on when we arrived on a particularly cold day. The table had two stools that were so high they left a gap of two inches between the top of the stools and the underneath of the table rendering them totally useless. Property advertised as having a drier but there was not one in the flat. We requested that the king size bed be arranged as twins but this was not done. The bedroom is probably too small to allow this anyway. The property was nice and clean and had amenities that one would expect albeit that the stock of utensils was limited.
