Lovely view. Dog-friendly for sure. Initially the communication with Vacasa was good. I Alerted them to some window blinds that were broken. Not a big deal but then other things kept happening- the advertised fireplace and access to laundry didn’t work. Those things alone are not big issues- but the communication with Vacasa was frustrating. They kept sending the same instructions on the code that didn’t work and the same instructions on how to light the pilot light on the fireplace- we kept telling them it wasn’t working- then the same message/instructions that didn’t work in the first place kept being sent to us. That was the frustrating part. The house itself was fine. Good for dogs.

These guys are crooks Decided not to stay. Never entered unit. Asked for cleaning fee back ( as there was nothing to clean) and they refused. I have no issue paying for unit. Reserved and cancelled last minute. My fault. But they never had to clean. Pure theft. Cleaning fees are going to be the death of airbnb

The house was generally very clean (I came across a few stray, long hairs and one of the open shelves in the kitchen needed to be cleaned), it was quiet, and the view was nice. An oddity that stood out was that there were very nice dishes, pots and pans, glasses, and silverware but you couldn't really cook since there were no oils, aluminum foil, etc. It wasn't a problem for me since I only stayed overnight and brought some leftovers with me that I heated up in the oven. It also seemed strange that there was a coffee maker and tea kettle, but no coffee or tea. Perhaps this was an error by the last person to clean the house?

We had a nice stay at this cute little beach cottage. Bathroom shower & sink were tiny. Nice kitchen and beautiful view from the main living space. Comfortable beds. Beautiful deck to sit on and enjoy the views!

After some confusion over getting the codes to check in (we ended up having to go through AirBnB to get a response) everything else went fine. The pots and pans were the typical nonstick cheap pans that were too scratched for my taste but after contacting host they were replaced quickly. I did wash one blanket because it was dirty but everything else was fine. We had originally planned to stay here with our adult daughter and her husband. It would have been too awkward for us. Fortunately their plans changed and they stayed somewhere else. The bathroom is minuscule with a sink that got more water on the floor than down the drain when I washed my face in it.
