Beautiful house! Comfortable and had everything we needed to feel at home. The view is amazing. The backyard leads to the beach. We got to see starfish, crabs and a ton of birds. So much fun.

What a great place to stay. The home was exactly as in the pictures and we loved all the windows to fully see the incredible view. It was peaceful and relaxing and very quiet too. It was really nice to sit in the Adirondack chairs on the back deck and enjoy the sunsets. An added bonus were the toys and books to keep our 2yr old granddaughter busy. There were an assortment of puzzles & games for the rest of us as well. Our daughter enjoyed finding baby crabs for our granddaughter and looking at the different shells. Overall I think that this home was a great find for us and we really recommend it.

The house was fine, and had the hot tub worked it would have been perfect. However, when you book a place as far out as this place for the hot tub, and then it doesnt work, and the property management company is unreachable, then says they will fix it but doesnt, and then never communicates, it makes the whole experience a bust. We literally booked this house out in the middle of nowhere because it was on the water, and had a hot tub. We paid extra for the hot tub. And when we got there, the hot tub was ice cold, and completely dead. Tried to mess with the breaker, and it just kept shutting off. Tried to call Vacasa and waited on hold for 30 minutes the first night with no answer. Called back the next day and got a hold of someone who said they were sending a maintenance person and they would call us back to confirm everything. Never sent anyone, never called back. Overall terrible experience, terrible customer service, and completely unnacceptable when you spend that much $$

The location is great and the house is beautiful, is just as the pictures!! My only complains are, House wasn’t very clean, there was still food from the previous attendees. The hot tub didn’t work (they gave us a refund) but it was the main thing we wanted to do. I tried to talk to them and the first time I was told I had to pay extra to use the hot tub, which was ridiculous, when I called and asked someone else, they cleared the information, we didn’t had to pay extra. But it was very rude and annoying to deal with that. And every day they said it would be fix, clearly it wasn’t. The house had pee in the bathroom, and grease left on a mug next to the sink. One of the beds, had a dirty cover.
