Twice a man who described himself as "from Vacasa" showed up on the property after dark, unannounced, and rang the doorbell expecting me to open the door. This is against AirBnB's guidelines (I rented the entire space) and I reported this to AirBnB both times. Vacasa called me and said they would always announce when they were coming, so I left the reservation early. Vacasa refunded me for the days that I did not stay there. A few more things that lowered the value of this rental for me: the "third bedroom" is a den with a foldout chair and no closet. The main bedroom side of the house is blocked from guest use. There are bumpers and styrofoam wrapped on lots of the furniture, so many labels that it feels controlling (even pens have a label!), and the deck chairs are pulled into the living room. It seems like it is reluctantly rented out, rather than welcoming. The view is GREAT, the game room is fun, and the kitchen is well stocked!

Had a wonderful time, beautiful view and deck! There are lots of stairs and levels so just be aware if you have older folks joining your party.

Dreamy location, peaceful and well appointed home. We had a fantastic family vacation and everyone was well entertained - competing in game room, playing on the beach, cocktail on the patio, fire and smores at night. Highly recommend!
