Very nice location, spacious and quiet. Good distance from shops and amenities and a quick drive to the NEC and arena.

Overall a lovely house with great space. Problem with heating the upstairs but portable heaters to hand.

House location was great and host was responsive however, this property definitely does not sleep 7 adults! The single bed was a small futon which had a park of wood as the base making it very uncomfortable. The girl who was meant to sleep there was only 5’6 and her feet were hanging of the end. Because of this she ended up staying at another property. The property was very big and we appreciated that their was three bathrooms. The cleaning could of been a lot better. Dirty socks were found next to the bed, used false eyelashes were on the bedside and their was rubbish left from precious guest. This confused me as we had a long list of instructions and tasks to do before leaving. I also feel that changing the bins and putting remotes back in the correct place should be included in the cleaning fee. Overall we had a nice weekend but the Airbnb did disappoint.

Comfortable overnight stay with friends. Wished the bed had been a bit more comfortable/luxurious. Open plan kitchen/living a good social area to relax in.

Nilesh was easy to talk to and he was very clear with his instructions! The house was lovely and easy to find!
