Chủ nhà thân thiện, nhiệt tình. View phòng rất đẹp, yên bình, mát mẻ. Mình k thích chỗ gửi xe lắm tại thuê nhà hay đi chơi mà mỗi lần đều tính phí gửi xe nên mình k vui chỗ này. còn lại mọi thứ đều tốt

We had a good stay at Sally’s apartment and would stay there next time we are in HCMC. Sally was great at communicating before, during and after our stay. She gave us a lot of local tips and answered any questions we had. The apartment looked exactly like on photos. It was clean and had everything described in the listing. The swimming pool area was beautiful and a great rest from the heat of HCMC. There is a large shopping centre (with a supermarket, shops and restaurants) located opposite the apartment which you can walk to in about 10-15 minutes but due to construction work (which we couldn’t hear from inside the apartment) in April 2024, we ended up taking a Grab which only took 5 minutes. The only inconveniences we experienced were a power outage (which was out of Sally’s control and was due to an incident in the building) which meant that lights and AC didn’t work for several hours and the iron which we found didn’t work very well.

Sally's place is as described. We especially appreciated the pool and washing machine, but it has several other facilities. We weren't very happy with the location. It's on a very busy road and requires a taxi or Grab ride to get to anything. This may not be a problem if you stock up on provisions beforehand you get there (the onsite convenience store was closed during our stay). Sally was very responsive and quickly answered all my questions.
