Relax with the whole family in this beautiful, sophisticated apartment. Close to colleges, mountains, rivers and countryside, it's the perfect home away from home. My 1814 farmhouse, situated on the town park of historical Hopkinton, has been fully renovated and divided into two separate apartments, each having its own entrance. My home is in one apartment. Relax with a coffee on the front porch, enjoy a meal on the patio or gather around the bonfire pit in the evening to share laughs. Two large bedrooms can sleep five people. The luxurious bathroom upstairs is bright and spacious with plenty of towels and places to hang them. Downstairs there is ample seating for meals, hanging out or watching TV. The kitchen is generously equipped for large family meals.

This was a quick trip and we were thankful to find such a lovely place so last minute. Suzanne's place was comfortable and CLEAN! Suzanne is a great host anticipating what you may need. I did not need a toothbrush but she had new ones in case you forgot yours (which I often do).Thank you!

10 out of 10!!! We had the best experience staying at Suzanne's place. What did we like best? I think it was Suzanne's intention of providing the best possible experience for us, her guests, at every turn. I felt her warmth and sincere kindness in all of our messaging prior to our trip and appreciated her flexibility with our family's unique needs. We immediately sensed her intention to exceed our expectations when we first opened the door to her home. It was spotless, impeccably decorated, and designed for comfort. Suzanne clearly know what travelers will appreciate because she had it all - a kitchen with a full set of dishes, cooking gear to make anything we needed, the fixings for breakfast (we loved the fresh bagels!), a bathroom with items we may have forgotten, comfortable beds, great linens and towels, cheery decor. It was perfect! If you are traveling near Potsdam, go out of your way to stay at Suzanne's beautiful home! You won't find anywhere nicer!!
Suzanne was a fantastic host and responded quickly to every message. It was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. The Airbnb was clean, organized and well decorated. We loved staying in Hopkinton with Suzanne.
We completely loved the place. It’s so cozy and clean. Suzanne is sweet and loved her dog. It’s a peaceful beautiful neighborhood. It’s 15 to 17 minutes away from SUNY Potsdam. I look forward to staying at Suzanne place again when I come visit my daughter at SUNY Potsdam. She thought about everything her guest would need which is a plus including having breakfast. Thank you so much for having us we truly loved your house especially the pink door.
