Additional guests who stay against the rules pay $50 per night. HOUSE - 3 bedroom pool house with yard and parking. POOL - Equipped with seats, BBQ, and lots of fun under the Sun! QUEEN BED BEDROOMS - Equipped with drawers, large closets, and brand-new A/C's! LAUNDRY - Equipped with washer and dryer! DINING ROOM - Large dining table, space for 4. BATHROOM 1 - Located outside of the bedrooms, it is equipped with a water heater, towels, toilet paper, body wash, and shampoo. BATHROOM 2 - Located outside in the pool area, it is equipped with a water heater, towels, toilet paper, body wash, and shampoo. COMMON AREA – Equipped with a comfy sofa, and a flat-screen TV with ROKU and Netflix! Also, brand new AC! The place was really nice and the neighborhood was quiet. Close to the airport which was amazing because we had a 6am flight home.
Throughout the entire stay Erick was very helpful. Also sweet, I wanted to surprise my significant other with birthday balloons and Erick made it happen for me. Pool guy came by and clean pool which we enjoyed but the fan did not work and we really had to wait later once it cooled down outside to get in. Overall everything was beautiful. Ubers were easy to catch. My group and I enjoyed this home ! ❤️
Erick has a lovely home. The home was conveniently loacted near the airport, which was a plus. As well as the gas grill and pool in home, which my family enjoyed. However there wasn't any wash cloths other then the face rags which were provided. And didn't realize the 2nd bathroom was located outside near the pool. Other then those few things, everything was prefect and Erick and Louis were every helpful and responsive when needed
Erick’s place was amazing. Was very close to many restaurants on the main strip in Isla Verde. Only 12 min drive to Santurce. Erick was an amazing host, he was able to send people to decorate the Airbnb for a surprise birthday for a friend and made everything super easy. I personally love the sight of seeing planes take-off/landing, and the front of the house had a perfect view of the runway of the airport (not ideal if you do not like the sound of planes taking off; not super loud but can be bothersome for those who do not like the noise from the engine.) Absolutely loved this place and the host. Will book again when I return to Puerto Rico. Thanks Erick :)

OLD SAN JUAN (15 min Uber) – Enjoy the oldest part of town, surrounded by its historic fortress and buildings reminiscent of Spanish colonial architecture. This area is the most commonly visited by international travelers. You can also find bars and high-end stores.
CONDADO (10 min Uber) – Here you will find fancy restaurants, stores, bars, and beaches.
ISLA VERDE (5 min Uber)- Here you will find lots of local restaurants, beaches, an nightlife.
EL YUNQUE RAINFOREST (30 min drive) – One of the most beautiful natural attractions in Puerto Rico. El Yunque is the only tropical rain forest in the United States National Forest System and the United States Forest Service. The forest has several trails from which the jungle-like territory's flora and fauna can be appreciated. It is the Caribbean equivalent to Mount Olympus. A must see!
PLAZA CAROLINA MALL (10 min drive) - The second-largest shopping center in Puerto Rico! With over 200 stores, this mall includes JCPenney, Sears, Forever 21, Express, TJ Maxx & Walgreens.
CARIBBEAN CINEMAS (10 min drive) - Great movie theatre with the latest technology.
LOIZA STREET (5 min Uber)– This famous street holds various restaurants inspired by cuisine from around the world. You can also find bars and local stores.
