Imagine walking up to these views of the ocean, Milnerton lagoons and golf course. 2 bedroom modern and renovated apartment on the 2nd floor with all new furniture and appliances. Apartment and complex is suitable for the elderly or disabled. Balcony and braai area to relax and enjoy the views. Secured well maintained complex with security guard, electric fencing. My city bus, centre point shopping centre, city centre and close proximity to waterfront, and many known restaurants. 2 bedrooms with en-suite on main bedroom. Second bathroom with bath and hand shower. Lounge has a sleeper couch. Balcony has a braai area. Access to the property is very secured. We do not have a lock up key for late arrivals. Keys are handed to you in person. Keys can be placed in the post box 202 when departing. The apartment has a basement parking(bay 4). Area is in walking distance to shopping complex, Myciti, lagoons, golf course. N1 City, Century City, Waterfront all in clary proximity.

Beautiful place, Perfect location. Close to beach and other amenities. seamless check in, very homely. Exactly as it is in pictures. Nazier host is an excellent communicator. Always active to respond. Will definitely book this place again.

Nazir place is so beautiful and comfortable. Such value for money and close to all CPT main attractions. Cooking was easy due to a fully set up kitchen. Enough towels..beddings and toiletries. Place is spacious and elligant. The views.. Cannot be matched.. Unlike any sunset ive seen before right from the balcony ..facing lions head and part of table mountain..the lagoon...and the sea Breathtaking to say the least I will give this stay a 10 out of 10. And very highly guarded complex and security measures in place.
