There is no place near or around the Menlo Park area that you can find a better value for the money than this unit. It is in a beautiful neighborhood and surrounding area and a short walk can take you to vineyards and views of the coastal mountains that are magnificent. It feels very secluded in its surroundings yet is extremely accessible to major freeways but also very accessible to many surrounding nature walks and trails. You won't find a better deal on a rental on this site or any other as I have lived and grown up in the area my entire 70 year old life and am quite familiar with the rental market and couldn't recommend it enough.
