How to get there? - 1st public beach: Public transportation in 12min. Bicycle in 18min. 3.6kms from our location, ideal if you enjoy activities like running, walking or cycling. You will find a specific running/bike path just 7min in bicycle from the location, after this point you’ll have more than 20km of cycling path to go as far as you want, enjoying beautiful views of the beach, the lagoon and the hotel zone. From this beach you may go to any other beach that you want going over the beautiful white Caribbean’ sands or over the cycling road. If you prefer, 24hrs transportation stops are just a few meters from us and it will take you in few minutes any beach or entertainment center of Cancun. - Puerto Cancun Marina Town Center (Shopping mall & Restaurants): Public transportation in 10min. Taxi in 7min. Bicycle in 12min. - Market 28: Walking in 12min. Bicycle in 7min. - Las Palapas Park: Walking in 7min. Bicycle in 3min. - Supermarkets: Walking in 10min. Smooth check-in process with clear instructions. Although we didn't meet Ken, Miguel was attentive, addressing our queries and promptly resolving a bathroom issue. Convenient location near stores, eateries, and the ADO bus station. The room was modest but equipped with essentials like a hairdryer and iron. Overall, a pleasant stay; regret not utilizing the complimentary bike service they have.
El alojamiento tal cual lo descrito y visto en las fotos, la habitación pequeña pero bonita, confortable y acogedora con todos los servicios (buen tv, aire, Kitchenaid y baño c/f), la pasamos bien y la zona es tranquila y segura, todo queda cerca, oxxo, farmacias, supermercado, bancos, restaurantes y las paradas para los buses hacia la zona hotelera a 3cuadras. Así que, Recomendado!!
El lugar nos gusto muchísimo esta muy bien ubicado, a 10 min maximo caminando al ado, o a donde pasa el ruta 1 para ir a la playa o de las palapas donde encuentras diferentes lugares para comer al igual q centros comerciales super cerca. La habitación estaba perfecta contaba con todo lo necesario un frigobar un microondas una parrilla eléctrica super util. Pantalla y clima que nos hizo mas amena las noches, cuenta con una mesita afuera que tambien se nos hizo muy agradable pasar ahi una noche platicando, también nos prestaron unas bicicletas y salimos a pasear por algunas plazas muy bonitas que hay cerca. Tambien cuentan con servicio de lavanderia qué también usamos. La atencion estuvo super bien siempre al pendiente de nuestras dudas. Sin duda volveríamos. 1000% recomendable.
Anfitrión muy amable, pendiente de las necesidades deseadas, céntrico para tomar las rutas de transporte a los destinos turísticos.
Sehr gute Unterkunft in Cancun Downtown. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und ist trotzdem sehr zentral gelegen. Supermärkte gibt es quasi direkt vor der Tür. Check-In war super einfach und sehr gut beschrieben. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war immer gut, trotz der Sprachbarriere (ich kann kein Spanisch). Einzig negative war, dass der Kühlschrank leider sehr laut lief und das schlafen etwas schwer machte, ist aber auch personenabhängig (bin leider sehr empfindlich). Dennoch bin ich sehr zufrieden und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt einfach. Wenn du wie ein Local leben willst, buche diese Unterkunft!
