Our family of 5 stayed at Lee’s place during the Eugene Marathon. We were grateful to have such a peaceful home base, far enough from town to feel like a serene escape, but close enough for easy access. Lee was gracious and accommodating when plans shifted a bit, and an excellent communicator. Highly recommend if you want to give RV life a try!

While some road noise is present, it's a tranquil area with minimal traffic. With only a couple of nearby houses not visible, our friendly neighbors value privacy and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a delightful and private community.
Getting around our neighborhood is a breeze, ensuring that you can explore all the attractions and destinations with ease and convenience. Our property offers ample parking within a gated and fenced area, providing a safe and secure spot for your vehicle.
Please note that there is no bus access in the area, so guests have the option of driving themselves or utilizing Uber and Lyft services for hassle-free transportation to and from the property and the nearby points of interest.
