Well located apartment in central Paris (5 min walk from Arc de Triomphe and Porte Maillot). The apartment is located in a secured quite villa in 16th arrondissement of Paris close to Metro Argentine (line 1). It has a separate bedroom and a spacious living room with a convertible sofa for 2 people. The apartment is situated on 1st floor with an elevator. The bedsheets and towels are provided as well as shower gel. The living room store is broken so the room is not fully dark while sleeping. The apartment is quite, very comfortable with a big kitchen. By the way, we had 3 water leakage in winter time from our upstairs neighbors. The ceiling in the bathroom is a little bit damaged but we can't paint now the ceiling because it has to dry for 6 months.
