We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was impeccably clean and even cozier than the photos depicted. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay all the more enjoyable. While we didn't have much time to explore the area due to working remotely, we did notice that the road was undergoing reconstruction, so renting a scooter might be a convenient option for getting around. Overall, we highly recommend this place and found it to be great value for money.

- poor communication (i asked on airbnb for checkin instruction 3 times and not having any direct answer, called 4 times only answer 1) - place not as pictured (missing the stand mirror) - other than that its clean and okay

The apartment was nice and clean. Looked like in the pictures. Quick access to restaurants and street food in the neighbourhood. Motorbike was the best option for us to move around the town. Approximately 10-15 minutes ride to Hanoi train street. The lake is near so you can take a nice walk and find cute cafes ☕️ with good coffee . The host was really kind and always there to help solve any problem. They have whats-app hotline and always respond within 5-10 minutes.

Really nice stay for my stopover in Hanoi after my flight was cancelled. Hot shower, comfortable bed and Netflix is all I needed!
