This first floor apartment in a private house has everything needed for a stay in Long Island. You will find towels, sheets, a full kitchen with dishes and cutlery. The refrigerator unit has a full sized freezer and fridge. The oven is electric and full sized as well. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my family below. What brings you to the island? Whether it’s a wedding or family or to get away from the city or even work, my hope is you will find this space comfortable. It’s a good sized apartment. If you get chilly there is a thermostat behind the round lamp in the living room. It’s on the wall to the left of the white china cabinet. You will have full privacy. You will share the front door only and then the door to the first floor is immediately to your right. There is a hair dryer and ironing board with iron.

Nice apartment somewhat dated, but brought back childhood memories. Had everything we needed. Lots of space and free parking. The place was easy to find and very private. Thank you Ashley, for being so accomodating!
We had a great 3 nights here. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were very good. There was always parking and a really good Deli nearby. Ashley communicated before and during our stay. She even checked in right after the earthquake! We will stay again the next time we’re on the Island. Thank you!
I great place and Quiet
The location of this place was perfect for us. Ashley was a great host - very responsive and professional.
Ashley's home is very spacious and well worth what we paid.I only stayed one night but i got a good sleep in the king sized bed. It is a very peaceful neighborhood which was also a plus.Definitely would stay again.

The house is within walking distance to Shoprite, Target and Stopnshop. There is also a Chili’s, Starbucks and BurgerKing, also walkable. The DMV is super close, not that many people need that headache. There is also a BJ’s, Kohl’s, FiveGuys, LA Fitness, Micheal’s, AMC, Petsmart and Best Buy a few minutes drive away. The Broadway Mall with Ikea is about a ten minute drive. Jones Beach is about a twenty minute drive. Bethpage Park is a five minute drive.
There is free street parking in front of the house. Route 135, the Southern State, 107 and Hempstead Turnpike are the main roads that I use on a daily basis. It’s a very convenient location, not too far from the city and close enough to the South shore and the North shore beaches. The closest train stop is Bethpage and it’s a 27 minute walk or a five minute uber. Hicksville is the second closest which is about a 17 minute uber. It’s in the heart of the island.
